I really at this point just need to go with the easy option otherwise it won&#8217;t get completed. Low mood has become an issue again for me. I hope I can pick myself up this week, even a little bit of stress or boredom throws me off and it really shouldn&#8217;t. I must mature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This morning was meh. I got up early, The habit is there since I got the Coffee machine even though I haven&#8217;t had Coffee for several days now. My biggest concern is that my emotions have flat-lined, I feel nothing. Probably because not a lot is happening. I just need to start doing again.
