Oops. Trying to rememeber what I did each day. I’ll try be brief.

-Listening to Affirmations while walking
-Falling behind on sleep
So some good some bad. I need to snap out of this and change my routine again. October is coming up, it’s time to get a routine ready to make October a productive month. It’s Saturday already, gees. Time really does fly. This week has been better than last, I’ve been less depressed. Affirmations in the morning help to put me in a better mood, it’s really what I need right now.
The time for radical change is coming up, push comes to shove soon and I need to take on life with determination instead of living passively as I have done. Can hardly blame me with all the traumas and fears that have emerged over the past year. Let’s try be better. I’m going to simplify my routine again.
